This website has no forms, user accounts or sign-up. If you open an email link and send a message, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, company and enquiry.
The website may generate technical connection logs needed to deliver and protect the service; these are handled according to the hosting provider's configuration.
Purposes and legal basis
We use an enquiry to reply, arrange a demonstration or prepare commercial information you request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, if a relationship is established, performing that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
We may retain communications when required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use contact details for unsolicited marketing.
Recipients and external services
Staff handling the enquiry may access the message. MARINALTECH's corporate email is routed through Zoho Mail. Hosting and IT-support providers may also be involved and are subject to applicable obligations.
When you select a mailto link, your browser opens the email application you have configured. The location of data and any international access for the corporate email service depend on the account and its current terms. Contact us for details about the configuration and applicable safeguards.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and maintain the requested relationship. Afterwards, they are retained only for periods required by law or needed to handle potential liabilities.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and data portability where applicable, by writing to info@marinaltech.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es if you believe the processing does not comply with data-protection rules.
Automated decisions
This website does not profile visitors or make automated decisions with effects on them.
